To confirm your order and begin the manufacturing process, an initial deposit of $3,000 is required. This payment officially reserves your place in our production schedule and allows us to procure the high-quality materials for your home.
Remaining Balance: Due 20 Days Before Scheduled Delivery
Your final payment is due no later than 20 days before your confirmed delivery date. We will send you a reminder and an invoice 30 days in advance.
This allows Svoltex to finalize all quality checks and prepare your home for secure, insured shipment to your location.
Once the final payment is received, your Svoltex home is dispatched!
